Thursday, August 21, 2014 Uniontown, Pa The Animal Friends of Westmoreland rescues a total of 67 dogs and cats from the Fayette SPCA. Their shelter was issued citations and their license revoked by the state. Our shelter pulled together with help from the community to save all the remaining animals in their care
